Everyone is looking for that “ONE thing”…

I’m sure you’ve thought the same thing, right?

I would love to say there was just one thing…
It would make things A LOT easier.
But, if I were being honest…
There were a lot of things that created my “overnight success” in network marketing
Maybe I should re-phrase…
There were a lot of things that created my 5 YEAR overnight success in network marketing.
The reality?
I reinvented myself.
When I was living out of my car at the age of 21…
Bathing in gas station bathrooms…
And showering naked in the rain…
I was miserable, lonely, and thirty thousand dollars in debt.
It seemed as if nothing positive could happen in my life.
So, I made a conscious decision to reinvent myself.
What does that process look like?
Number one: Change your belief about yourself
If you want to create “overnight success” in network marketing…
You’ve got to change your belief about yourself.
Change your identity.
You have to change who you believe you are because…
…You’re always going to get in life what you believe you deserve you should be getting.
Personally, This was a hard one for me.
I had to read a lot of books about belief systems while learning to change my confidence.
Things change when you learn how to confidently present to someone.
You can’t imagine what will happen to your life when you LEARN to be more charismatic…
When you can train yourself to smile more and…
Learn to be happy despite the circumstances
When you’re happy & smiling…
Other people are more attracted to you.
It will change your ability to communicate.
You no longer will have that little voice in the back of your mind saying,
“Are they judging me?”
“What are they thinking about me?”
If you want to learn how to become an “overnight success” in network marketing, you must…
Develop your sales skills…
Learning how to overcome objections.
Build your leadership ability…
Learning how to move people.
How to get people to follow you.
Learn how to inspire people to do things that they normally wouldn’t do!
Show other people you believe in them.
Become authentic and open yourself.
Share yourself with others.
There is no ONE thing for overnight success in network marketing. It’s all of these things.
If you have the desire to go out and live a great life…
Whether that’s financial freedom…
To be an inspiration to millions…
Or to make a dent in this universe…
Realize that no matter where you are in life, you can do it.
There is a cost, however.
Change.
Success will require ONE thing of you…
MASSIVE change.
You’re going to have to change your belief systems, your identity, things you value, and you’re going to have to commit to the process of becoming a better version of yourself.
Get excited about the process because as you continue to grow, you’re going to, over time, look back at yourself and think “wow… I can’t believe I’ve come this far”.
It won’t be a list of accomplishments…
Cars…
Or homes you’ve been able to obtain…
… but knowing that you became the kind of person that deserves to have those things.
Keep immersing yourself in personal development and continue with the process.

What to say when recruiting hesitant prospects in network marketing
It’s a sad reality that man people are nervous…
They’re hesitant…
…and they’re skeptical.
There are people who are scared to even look at your opportunity.
Maybe it’s because they’re scared of the risk of getting “pressured”.
Whatever the reason…
The bottom line is they’re hesitant to look at what you’re wanting to show them.
So, I’m going to give you something that my mentor told me.
It’s something that really allowed me to increase my results when it came to having people look at my opporutnity.
Number one for recruiting hesitant prospects in network marketing:
If people are hesitant; if they are a friend of yours…
Realize – they believe you are going to use your friendship as leverage to talk them into your opportunity.
How do you get around that?
Say something like, “John, I’m not asking you to buy anything, do anything or sell anything. I’m just asking you to look because it’s important to me. Can I count on you for that”
Let’s break down the psychology behind that response…
You’re just asking them to look, right?
They decide on their own whether or not they do anything, buy anything, or sell anything.
So, they view it as reduced risk.
Now, when you say “because it’s important to me”…
That’s where the magic happens!
Recruiting hesitant prospects in network marketing get’s a lot easier when you use the word “because”
There’s a great book called, Influence by Robert Cellini…
If you’ve read it, the book talks about the power of the word “because”.
People are more likely to do things if you give them a reason.
If you say, “because it’s important to me”, it’s kind of like saying, “If I were you, I’d look because it’s important to you.”
Next, “can I count on you for that?”
When you say “can I count on you”…
They will naturally want to say “yes”.
Why?
We, as human beings, have this natural urge to be someone who can be counted on.
It’s a character thing.
This is the PERFECT script to say if someone is a little hesitant about joining your network marketing opportunity.
Recruiting hesitant prospects in network marketing who say “Can you tell me more about it?”
Realize – your enrollment ration and sales percentages will always be higher belly-to-belly.
You’re more likely to close somebody face-to-face than over the phone.
If you start explaining it to them, that’s you being a salesperson and if you want them to be a part of the opportunity side, it’s very important that you are not perceived as a salesperson.
Why?
95% of the people in the world do not like to sell!
So, if you’re selling it over the phone, they think they’re going to have to sell it over the phone!
Since people don’t want to sell, it doesn’t matter how great your opportunity is, they’re very unlikely to say “yes”!
So, here’s what to say:
“John, it’d be like trying to give a haircut over the phone. It’s impossible!”
When you say the word “it’s impossible”…
If they ask you again, “come on, can’t you tell me what it is?”
That frames you for saying something like,
“Dude, I just told you it’s impossible.” or something like “Dude, I wouldn’t be asking you to meet in person if I could explain it over the phone, would I?
Use these scripts, share this with your team and watch your numbers bump up dramatically.

Everybody’s end goal is to continue to grow their network marketing business. Today I want to cover three simple steps that you can take to grow the right way and find success in the future. How committed are you? Read the three steps and ask yourself if you’re willing to take those steps.
STEP #1 – BE PROUD OF THE EFFORT YOU HAVE PUT IN
Misrepresenting the facts is really hurting Network Marketing.
When a person is so focused on signing up a new recruit that they are willing to minimize the effort, skill, and time it takes to build a successful Network Marketing business, they are hurting the profession as a whole. Further, you are creating an illusion that is not real, and will more often than not result in fast distributor drop out when they realize it requires actual work.
The old adage goes, “honesty is the best policy”, right? Tell your prospects how much effort is needed. Make them aware of the steps you took. Share the skill you had to learn and point them in the direction for future education. Do NOT tell them that it “practically grows itself,” and “it is so easy anyone can become a millionaire in three weeks.” Misrepresenting the facts will only lead to failure in the future.
Our stories are what relate to other people. When you tell your story to a prospect, they will think one of two things. “There is no way I could go through all that,” or “I am up for the challenge, let’s do this!”
Being honest with your prospect from the beginning will automatically weed out the people who do not have what it takes. It will save you time, money and effort down the road.
STEP #2 – INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE
There is almost no career on this planet that does not require training. As Network Marketers we have to learn a ton of skills. You have to wear so many different hats that at times it helps just to list them out.
Marketing Guru
Communication Expert
Product Expert
Motivational Coach
Time Management Wizard
Recruiting Agent
Team Leader
The list goes on and on but the need to learn something new every single day does not change. I encourage you to take time each day and advance your skills in each of these areas. Then when you recruit someone new make sure you convey your routine.It will not only prepare that recruit for what lies ahead, but it will make you the authority on how to succeed in Network Marketing.

I know what you’re thinking.
“Isn’t blogging dead?”
To be honest, it is far being dead.
I can remember when I started blogging 10 years ago. A lot of people were doing it back then. I’ve seen so many people come and go in the blogging space. You don’t have to be the best blogger.
You have to focus and work on it over time. This is a long term play. Most think that if they put up a blog, they will become rich overnight. This is far from it.
So many people from my time have fallen off from blogging. The need for blogging is very much alive.
Having a great blog will allow you to create and produce awesome content.
2) Become a YouTuber
YouTube is my favorite traffic source. Because it gives you a lot of traffic. It also brands you. It’s kind of like watching a movie or TV because your audience will get to know you.
This is important because it develops, the ‘know, like and trust’ factor. but it also brand do so people like to see the actual person on camera. It’s like watching a movie or watching the TV show so that way they get to know, like and trust you.
3) High ticket offer
A low ticket offer is a product or service that ranges between $ 7 to $ 500. A high ticket offer ranges between $ 1,000 and $ 5,000.
I like the high ticket model, and here’s why.
I would rather sell one $ 1,000 product instead of selling a thousand products at $ 1.
It’s less effort to sell a high ticket item than it is to sell a low ticket item.

Someone once told me the definition of hell; on your last day on earth, the person you could have become will meet the person you became.
Here are a few questions that you may need to ask yourself.
Do you live the way you want to live?
Are you honestly where you want to be?
Do you act from your ego or from your heart?
Are you using your full potential?
Do you live your dreams?
If you are ready to live your life and set yourself free. The following steps will help guide you there. Put this knowledge to work and actively work to set yourself free.
1) People come in and out of your life
As I grew older and moved out of my parent’s house. I started to realize that my inner circle of friends started to become smaller. One day you’re close with someone, the next day they are no longer in your life. I’ve learned to accept that this is life. I’ve accepted it and moved on.
2) Keep the people you care about close to your heart
Good, genuine people are hard to come by these days. These are the people who stick by your side through your hard times. Those are the same people who go through the good times as well. Those who decide to leave and not walk with you through your bullshit, let them. Protect your emotions. There is no need to dwell on the nonsense.
3) The grass is greener where you water it
You will look at your friends, colleagues and close friends’ achievement with envy. They’ve got those achievements you don’t have, their life looks perfect. Or is it? Everyone has their own challenges no matter how perfect it appears to be. Never assume. Focus on your patch of grass. Water it well, and it will grow longer and greener as days pass. Nothing comes easy, you have to work for your success. Remember, this is a long-term play
4) You can’t please everyone
Never change because you want to please someone. Never. You cannot. Do things that allow you to be you. Go 110% with what you believe in. Go all out. Don’t talk about it, be about it. You do you, and if there are people who hate whatever you’re doing, let them. Don’t change yourself to please them. There will always be something for people to talk about. Focus on you and the people who matter to you. You do this, and your life will be easier.
5) Build meaningful relationships with people who have the same ambitions as you
If you want to be a successful online marketer. Hang out with the people who are making more money than you. Give them value and in return, they will give you value. So many times I see beginners in this space that try to please who inspires them. They are normal people like you. Treat them like one.
6) Build influence with new connections
Get out, get to know people. If you are an introvert and hate interacting with people. Do it anyway. We all need to start somewhere. Do volunteer work, internships, and part-time jobs. Even if it means you’re doing the unpleasant tasks. Know names, connect with them on social media. Put your name out there and make sure you make an impression. Why? Because when you go out there and do the work. People will take notice. It’s easier to get to where you want to go when people already know who you are. So do yourself a favor.
7) No one cares
A bit harsh? You bet! Stop complaining and moaning about how much your life sucks. This may come off as cliche. But no one cares. So if your life sucks that much, do something to change it. Make a conscious decision to change. If you do the same thing over and over, nothing will ever change. When you do go after the change, be ready for the consequences that come with it. At the end of the day, you’re responsible for yourself, and no one else.
8) No one owes you anything
You are responsible for yourself. Your parents don’t owe you anything, your bosses don’t owe you anything, and your peers don’t owe you anything. Do you want something bad enough? You work hard and earn it. Don’t expect anyone to do anything for you. If they do, it’s a privilege, not an entitlement.
9) Physical appearance isn’t everything
It’s how you carry yourself. I’d rather someone be my friend for my personality and knowledge than my looks. Carry yourself with respect, confidence, and kindness. As you grow older, you will realize, your physical appearance doesn’t matter.
10) Your ego and pride is not everything
Your ego and pride aren’t worth shit. Put your ego and pride at the down. Apologize when it’s needed. Friendships and relationships are worth far more than your stupid ego and pride. Even if you hate your boss, you put that ego and pride down and you say good morning when you see him. Because if you don’t say it, what do you think you’ll get out of it? Your useless ego and pride are not worth the grumpy boss’s bad side. Not worth it.
11) Make peace with yourself
This is the only true way to make yourself happy. Don’t look at others for validation. Disappointment will happen very often. Instead, validate yourself. The same goes for happiness. Don’t rely on anyone for happiness. Love yourself. Be confident.
12) Life is never fair. Never.
You work as hard as someone but they get what they want and you don’t? Suck it up. Life isn’t fair, and it will never be. Work hard, and if you work hard enough, you will get to where you want to be. Eventually.
13) Follow your heart
Live by what you believe in. Stick to your values and do not get swayed. Do you believe in second chances? Give that chance. Do you want to be vegan? Do just that. Do you want to be kind to people who least deserve it? Be kind as fuck. Don’t change who you are for someone who can’t accept you for you.
14) View life from a different pair of lens
It’s easy to jump to conclusions or make quick assumptions. There are always two parts to the story. Always, always emphasize rather than sympathize. Put yourself in their shoes and understand why they do what they did. Take a step back and look at the bigger picture that is in front of you. More than often, we see things how we want them to be even though in most cases, it isn’t what our minds made it out to be. Emphasize, it’s a very empowering set of skills.
15) Count your blessings
Always. Always. Always. You’ll never get everything you want in life, but that’s life. Be contented with what you have, and you will be happy. There will always be someone better, richer, more attractive. Never try to compete with this person. You’re always in competition with yourself. Strive for the best version of yourself, not the best of someone else.
In closing…
It will take some focus and inner work but you can have the power to set yourself free. When you are able to do this, you can achieve better results in your life. It’s not always easy to let things go. It will take time and consistent effort to remove yourself from the burden. Once this happens, you will begin to grow and prosper. You deserve it.
